Deal Highlights    

SWC acquired Inspiring Benefits in January 2014 from the 3 members of the founding team (CEO, Tech & UX Director and Sales Director) and structured a management incentive program to ensure retention of the team, which was crucial to the growth plan for the company

Together with the management team, SWC implemented a series of value-added initiatives that took the company to the next level:

-2 add-on acquisitions: Beneficia in March 2014 and Hat Trick in October 2014, guiding the integration process and leveraging synergies to improve profitability

-Implementation of an international growth strategy under SWC guidance, focused on expansion in Italy and Mexico

-Executed an organic and inorganic growth plan, achieving revenues growth of 98% CAGR while profitability surged, doubling the margin from 9% to 18%

-Assisted with working capital optimization and disciplined debt management to ensure funding for growth

SWC stake was sold in April 2018 to the leading global professional services and insurance broker firm Aon (NYSE: AON)
